To use for recording your night. The microphone is very sensitive, but can be adjusted to your sleeping locations audible environment. I love that there are many built in features..such as the community of sleep talkers from all over the world and what they are saying, and the favorited/sharing options. The controls are very easy to use to navigate through the recordings. I love that I can now start the recording and then turn off my phone.
